Senior Management Accountant

Responsibilities;

• Guide and supervise a team of management accountants, providing guidance, assistance, and motivation to cultivate a cooperative and high-performing environment.

• Review the work generated by the accounting team as the first line reviewer, including monthly management accounts, budget preparations, and costing schedules.

• Oversee the timely completion of all management accounting tasks and projects, such as Trustee packs developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the management accounting team and the Head of Finance, collaborating with regional directors matrix.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.

Essential Criteria

• Qualified Accountant with recognized accounting body.

• Proven experience in management accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

• Demonstrate experience of use of computerized finance packages and experience in excel.
