Our client is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to join their growing team – the successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy office environment and have excellent time management skills. This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong admin experience looking to move into finance/accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Workflow Co-Ordinator and client teams to draft fees accurately and promptly.

  • Ensure compliance obligations are met by filing accounts, CT600, and personal tax returns in a timely manner.

  • Maintain the accuracy of details in the CRM system and oversee its upkeep.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding new clients.

  • Manage the exchange of portal documents with clients, including communication with staff regarding received information and ensuring proper download.

  • Coordinate with the Finance Team to arrange credit notes and write-offs.

  • Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports for management.

  • Enhance office processes, including data management, archiving, and filing.

  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing development and professional growth by actively learning on the job and participating in additional training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Proficiency in using IT tools, including the MS Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role similar to this position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
