Our client is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to join their growing team – the successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy office environment and have excellent time management skills. This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong admin experience looking to move into finance/accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Workflow Co-Ordinator and client teams to draft fees accurately and promptly.
Ensure compliance obligations are met by filing accounts, CT600, and personal tax returns in a timely manner.
Maintain the accuracy of details in the CRM system and oversee its upkeep.
Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding new clients.
Manage the exchange of portal documents with clients, including communication with staff regarding received information and ensuring proper download.
Coordinate with the Finance Team to arrange credit notes and write-offs.
Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports for management.
Enhance office processes, including data management, archiving, and filing.
Demonstrate commitment to ongoing development and professional growth by actively learning on the job and participating in additional training.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficiency in using IT tools, including the MS Office Suite.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role similar to this position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
