Agile Project Manager

We are working with a leading global business; they are seeking a talented Agile Project Manager to join their team and drive the successful delivery of projects. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of projects based on agile methodologies. The client is looking to hire at a number of levels from Senior Consultant to Manager.

NOTE: You must possess a Stamp 4 Visa/ Stamp 1G Dependent Visa OR Irish/British/EU Passport

Responsibilities

• Serving as Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating scrum events and guiding the client and team through agile practices and methodologies.

• Developing and monitoring project plans, timelines and resource allocation.

• Contributing to business development with presentations for complex delivery projects.

• Create innovative insights for clients interested in developing their project delivery with agile methodologies.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in IT or business related field.

• At manager level you will need 5 years + experience in delivering large scale transformation programmes.

• Proven experience as a project manager using agile or waterfall methodologies.

• Agile certifications E.g. Scrum Master or Product Owner etc

• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, strong stakeholder management skills.

• It would be of interest to have experience in one or more of these industries; Technology, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Utilities, Government & Public Sector.

• Outstanding coaching, mentoring and management skills.

• Additional project management certification is beneficial
