Business Consulting - Finance Transformation

We are working with one of the world’s largest professional firms, and they are currently looking to add to their business consulting team. They are looking to hire experienced Senior Consultants, Assistant Managers and Managers. You will have experience in finance transformation and project management roles. Furthermore, you will work to deliver business transformation projects that meet the demanding needs of clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting, delivering and leading finance transformation projects to an outstanding standard.

• Supporting the clients to a high standard in delivery, as well as supporting clients in providing financial analysis, business partnering, financial reporting etc.

• Providing change management, stakeholder management and business transformation support to deliver and lead end-to end projects and programmes.

• Supporting the full business consulting team in a variety of areas while developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.

Your Experience

• Qualified Accountant i.e. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc

• Third-level degree, with a strong academic record. Ideally in a business, finance/accounting or project management area. 

• Minimum 2-5 yrs post qualification experience, including strong experience in finance transformation projects. (P2P implementations and large-scale finance transformation projects would be beneficial)

• Knowledge of one or more of the following: SAP, Oracle, Sage etc.

• Strong experience in:

o    Transactional processing: Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Record to Report.

o    Financial planning and analysis: Budgeting/Planning and Reporting

• You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of commitment to service excellence.

• It would be of interest to have experience in the industries; government; health, utilities; technology; or private/public sector consulting experience.
