Change Manager - Business Consulting

We are working with one of the world’s largest professional firms, and they are currently looking to add to their business consulting team. They are looking to hire experienced change managers at Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager and Manager level. This role allows for the opportunity to support clients and ensure that projects meet their targets. Overall, ensuring that the client’s desired outcomes and results are achieved. This role allows for a great opportunity which you will draw on your experience with change management to develop and improve the operations within their company.

Main Responsibilities

• Directing change using a structured change management methodology.

• Assessing the impact of change within the organisation.

• Producing change management strategies.

• Developing the project's benefits realisation management including frameworks.

• Analysing project stakeholders.

• Pinpointing gaps in skills and knowledge, within the company, and solving any issues. In addition, continuously developing clear communication and engagement plans.

• Evaluating business and achieving the client’s desired results, while maintaining strong relationships with the client and company.

Your Experience

• 3-8+ years of experience in a change management role.

• Diploma, certification, or similar qualification in Change Management.

• Previous experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to outstanding client service.

• It would be of interest to have experience in the industries; life sciences, healthcare, public sector, or pharmaceutical.

• Previous experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.

• Beneficial to have a Project management certification i.e. PRINCE2, PMP etc
