We are working with a leading global business that seeks to recruit for its Economic Advisory team. There are opportunities available at Assistant Manager, Manager and Associate Director level. The role is challenging, with possibilities and opportunities to grow.  You would be advising on issues across multiple sectors in the economy.

NOTE: You must possess an Irish/British/EU Passport or a Stamp4 VISA

Main Responsibilities

  • Advising government departments and businesses on how to use resources and services.

  • Researching and analysing data, and macroeconomic trends on various topics and issues.

  • Monitoring programme and project funding allocations.

  • Analysing the benefits, disadvantages, costs and risks of major capital investments and programmes.

Your Experience

  • A Degree or degree level qualification in Economics (or related);

  • Previous experience monitoring economic trends and applying economic analysis methods.

  • You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, an outstanding ability to explain challenging economics to non-economists.

  • Good leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience in statistical analysis tools e.g. Tableau, Excel, Power BI etc.

  • Previous experience in developing and modifying economic models to suit specific needs of businesses and clients.

  • Experience in a senior management role. In addition, experience communicating with senior stakeholders and informing on critical decisions.
