Our industry leading client are currently looking to expand their team and add a talented law graduate to their Global Immigration Team. Our client currently works with both large multinational and public sector bodies delivering practical global mobility advice with a business focus – covering over 170 countries providing services from work permits to tech driven business visa support! Within the role you will be tasked with undertaking casework assigned by your Manager for a portfolio of clients navigating complex immigration issues from the strategy stage to its conclusion. The ideal candidate will be university educated within a related field (i.e. Law), have clear verbal and written skills and will have the ability to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities;
Take initiative to support the casework for a portfolio of clients, under the supervision of Senior Associates, Managers etc.
Actively participate in activities aimed at business development, such as identifying and researching potential opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Formulate strategies to address technical obstacles.
Contribute to the execution of large projects.
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Qualifications;
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in global immigration, specifically working in an immigration setting where they provided immigration compliance services to corporate clients.
The candidate should be hardworking, dedicated to delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to confidentially manage demanding situations and requirements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, which are clear, articulate, and confident, and do not require extensive review, are required.
While being primarily a team player, the candidate should also be capable of working independently.
Proficiency in using standard office software is expected.
Strong client service skills would be preferred.
