Our industry leading client are currently looking to expand their team and add a talented and experienced Tax Manager to their growing team. Within the role you will get the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals, working on a varied portfolio of projects and developing strategies to help clients resolve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities;

-      Effectively manage a diverse and dynamic client portfolio, seizing excellent opportunities for further development with the support of Partners and other mentors.

-      Mentor team members to inspire impactful contributions and foster a culture of responsibility, authenticity, and passion.

-      Take an active role in training both junior and senior staff members, championing a culture of continuous learning.

-      Utilize business acumen, innovation, and insight to add value for clients and the firm.

-      Embrace the digital transformation being undertaken in our business. Digital innovation is a key part of our Global Mobility business, and we challenge ourselves to embrace and leverage technology in how we provide solutions and advice to clients.

-      Lead by example in promoting adherence to risk management and compliance protocols.

-      Collaborate seamlessly across geographical and cultural boundaries to achieve collective goals.

-      Contribute to talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts to cultivate a high-performing team.

-      Direct and oversee the successful execution of multiple engagements.

-      Manage projects within budgetary and time constraints while consistently delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

-      Embrace and contribute to the positive and collaborative atmosphere fostered by the Global Mobility team, while advocating for continuous learning and improvement.
