Organisation Design

We are working with a leading accountancy and advisory services firm.They are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Organisation Design Consultant to join their team. You will work closely with clients to analyse their current organisational structure, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to optimise their overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will have experience in organisational transformation, project management, and change management.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the client's current organisational structure, processes, and workflows.

• Analyse data and gather insights to identify areas of improvement assist in the delivery of organisational design.

• Advise clients on project management and change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational transformations.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments. In addition, guiding clients through the implementation of organisational design initiatives.

Your Experience

• A strong academic background.

• Experience working as an Organisation Design Consultant or in a similar role.

• You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Extensive knowledge of organisational design principles and change management methodologies.

• Professional certifications in organisation design, change management, or related areas would be beneficial.
