 The Role

This key role will be responsible for administrative support, complaint management and compliance. The successful candidate will liaise closely with our client’s third-party partners to ensure their agreed processes are adhered to and will report on same.

 Main Duties:

• General administration duties including managing Support inboxes, customer queries, data input to systems

and other day to day admin requirements

• Managing exceptions process and ensuring any exceptions are completed within SLA

• Liaising with third party vendors in relation to scheduling appointments, stock deliveries, status updates etc.

• Aiding in implementing operational process improvements

• Attending weekly and monthly operational and compliance meetings

• Supporting internal sales agents and processing leads in relation to energy service products

• Supporting internal stakeholders in relation to lighting solutions

• Investigating, classifying and resolving complaints cases as a Level 2 point of escalation

• Liaising with third party agencies and internal departments in relation to complaints investigations, resolutions

and agent retraining

• Generating monthly reports on complaint volumes and trends

• Monitoring on boarding of new engineers in relation to compliance paperwork and issuing ID cards

 

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced administrative role in a customer focused environment.

• Demonstrable experience of managing and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

• Experience of dealing with customers or third parties over the phone and via email.

• Experience of creating reports for management.

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint).
