Our industry leading client are currently looking to expand their team and add a talented law professional to join their growing team. Our client currently works with both large multinational and public sector bodies delivering practical global mobility advice with a business focus – covering over 170 countries providing services from work permits to tech driven business visa support! Within the role you will be tasked with proactively assisting in the review of associates work while reporting to Managers and Senior Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record and have previous experience within a similar position covering immigration or business traveler services.

 

Main Responsibilities;

As a Senior Associate, you'll collaborate within a team of problem-solving experts with extensive consulting and immigration backgrounds. Your role will involve tackling complex immigration challenges for clients, emphasizing innovation in service delivery.

- Proactively review the work of Associates and the team within a client portfolio, providing reports to Managers and Senior Managers.

- Actively engage in business development to identify and explore opportunities with both new and existing clients.

- Formulate strategies to tackle complex technical challenges.

- Assisting with the project management of significant initiatives and the implementation of technology.

- Assisting with Data Analysis.

- Stay informed about local and national business and economic issues.

 

Qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration/business traveler services.

- Exhibit strong client service skills.

- Demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.

- Show diligence, commitment, and attention to detail in task completion.

- Have the ability to handle demanding situations, people, and requirements with confidentiality.

- Proven organizational skills.

- Possess technical proficiency to provide complex written advice, apply critical/analytical thinking, and communicate effectively.

- Proficient in standard office software with basic data analysis skills.
