The Role

A new Delivery Transformation team is being established within the central Delivery Office. Its purpose will be to drive and support change and transformation across thebusiness, to continuously improve how they deliver for their clients. This would work collaboratively with their other transformation teams (Digital, People and Strategy). 

You would be joining this team close to inception and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the team. 

We are particularly keen to attract people with senior transformation experience within an operational delivery / managed services context and a track record of delivering complex change projects. 

You should demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Delivery of a range of complex transformation and change projects from project start up through to closure.

  • Experience of managed service delivery and the associated operational challenges, risks, best practices and ways of working.

  • Building robust and trusting relationships across multiple business areas and external stakeholders.

  • Driving engagement and buy-in for change across the business.

  • Using appropriate and repeatable processes and technology solutions to support high quality, efficient outcomes.

  • Delivering change through established methodologies and processes (e.g. scoping, planning, process optimisation, design, governance, reporting, implementation etc).

  • Providing strategic direction and development coaching to more junior colleagues.
