Our industry leading client are currently looking to expand and add a talented Tax professional to their growing team. Within the position the successful candidate will join a team of over 70 professionals providing expert advise and solutions to global organizations in the areas of employment tax, global mobility, and immigration – resolving complex business issues from start to end. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Final Year Graduate/ Postgraduate with a relevant degree or a candidate with 1/2 years’ experience within tax consulting looking to transition to Global Mobility/ Employment Tax!

 

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with a diverse and dynamic client portfolio, offering excellent opportunity  for personal growth and development.

  • Assisting client teams in managing client relationships and fulfilling ongoing responsibilities, including business development, and assisting various consultancy projects.

  • Working collaboratively with teams, reporting to experienced managers, senior managers, directors and partners.

  • Pursuing personal career development opportunities within our expanding Global Mobility practice, with potential for specialization and travel.

Qualifications

  • Final year graduate or postgraduate university students on track to achieve a 2.1 minimum OR 1-2 years’ experience in Tax consulting

  • AITI/CTA part/qualified (or an ambition to become qualified) with a strong academic record.

  • Relationship Building: Adapt behavior to read and respond to various situations, fostering quality relationships.

  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrate the ability to generate new ideas and offer innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Ambitious Development: Display a strong commitment to personal growth and learning, driven by a desire for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Business Acumen: Utilize a diverse range of tools to analyze current market trends, extracting valuable insights to aid clients in making business decisions.
