Employment Tax Director

We are working with a Top 10 professional firm that are seeking to bring on an experienced Employment Tax Director to their Dublin team. The successful candidate will lead our Employment Tax and Global Mobility services teams covering all aspects of employment taxes including but not limited to; Share-Based remuneration plans, termination/redundancy payments and tax-free employee incentives. Along with all aspects of global mobility, inbound and outbound cross-border employment arrangements, social security and also ensuring remote worker situations for clients remain fully tax complaint.

• Review expatriate tax returns and manage compliance engagements

Essential Criteria

• AITI / CTA qualified or equivalent

• Strong Academic background

• 7 years taxation experience in the areas of employment tax and global mobility

• Management experience or experience managing projects and deadlines

• Experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications

• Knowledge of Irish tax law related to employment taxes and global mobility
