Strategy and Organisation Design

We are working with a leading global business that seeks to recruit a Strategy and Organisation Design Consultant. There are opportunities available at Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager and Manager level. You will be part of a team dealing with challenging assignments in a wide range of areas. In addition, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, lead high-level projects and engagements, and develop an outstanding understanding of the clients and their areas of operation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering solution-based projects to various clients.

NOTE: You must possess an EU/Irish/British Passport or a Stamp 4 VISA to be considered.

Your Experience

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a strong academic record.

• It would be of interest to have experience in the industries: public sector, higher education, healthcare or life sciences.

• You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to outstanding client service.

• 5+ years experience, preferably including 1+ year experience in professional services or a consultancy firm.

• Strong presentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience applying change management methodologies and principles. Furthermore, will likely hold a recognised project or change management qualification.
