Transformation Delivery - Senior Consultant

We are working with a leading global business that seeks to recruit an experienced consultant for its Dublin Transformation Delivery team. The Senior Consultant role would require experience in client-side advisory or industry, previously working in project and programme management, business or digital transformation roles. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding professional project/programme management and transformation services. 

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting to ensure that projects are completed to a high-standard, on time and within budget.

• Communicating with the client, internal/external stakeholders and the engagement team effectively on an ongoing basis.

• Managing project plans, risk and issue logs, project budgets, resource plans, etc.

• Understanding client business issues and technology issues. Furthermore, helping to support creative and innovative solutions.

• Building strong internal relationships, including supporting collaboration activities across engagements and across the Transformation Delivery team.

Your Experience

• 2-5 yrs experience in a leading consulting house or Big Four environment.

• Third-level degree, with a strong academic record. Ideally in a business, technology or project management area.

• You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, strong stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of change management and project governance.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• It would be of interest to have experience in the industries; government; health, utilities; transport; financial services; and telco.

• Advantageous to have Prince2®, PMP or equivalent qualifications.
